Visceral Detonation

With a profane utterance, the corpse you point at rapidly decays and then explodes, releasing the energy created from the now decayed flesh in a foul 20-foot burst. Every creature within 20 feet of the detonated corpse must make a constitution saving throw. On a failure, they take 4d8 necrotic damage and are incapacitated until the end of your next turn, as they violently vomit blood. On a successful save, they are not incapacitated, and take half as much damage.
