Boyd's Mist of Sensory Decay

You target a creature within line of sight and speak your incantation. The targeted creature must succeed a Wisdom saving throw or all sensory input the creature can perceive is devoured by an illusory mist for 3 minutes. On a successful save, the targeted creature perceives everything as it normally would and is made aware of your presence if it is not already. 

This spell will continue for 3 minutes or until you lose concentration on this spell. If the targeted creature takes damage it can make an additional saving throw for each round it takes damage at the beginning of its turn.
