Pointing at a creature you can see within range and speaking a magical activation word of your choosing, the target must save against a DC17 Wisdom Saving throw or have the following effects put upon them:
- If the target is within 120 feet of a cliff face, or an edge that has more than a 30 foot vertical gap with another flat surface that they can easily fall through, the target, if applicable, leaves combat and makes their way toward the cliff-face as fast as they can. Should the target reach the cliff-face before the spell is dis-spelled or runs out, the target must make an additional DC10 Wisdom Saving Throw or Jump off the aforementioned ledge. The target will also attempt to push those who are near the edge off. IF there are multiple steep edges in vicinity, the caster can manipulate which edge the target would choose.
- If there is no cliff-face or edge in range, the target will do nothing on its next turn, then, on the turn after, must make a DC12 Wisdom Saving throw, and, on a failed save, attempt to hinder their party or allies, attacking the closest ally and imposing disadvantage on saving throws, skill checks, and attack rolls on allies within 15 feet, and, on a successful save, they continue to do nothing. This repeats every turn for the duration.
- If there are no allies nearby, the target will simply stare into space, blindly, at the sky if it is available
- At the end of each turn under the spell, the target takes 1d4 psychic damage
These effects last until the spell is dispelled or 1d6+1 rounds, whichever comes first
The target of choice, during the spells effects, essentially hears nothing but random, wispy voices that act as intrusive thoughts, and does not remember what happens inside the spells' timeframe.
