Capture & Summon Shadow

You touch a living Creature that has 0 hit points, it must make a Constitution Check against your Spellcasting Ability Modifier, if it fails, you kill it instantly and Capture it's Soul into a Object within your reach. This Spell does not work on Constructs, Undead, and Creatures with a Level Higher than You.

After Capture Soul of this Creature, as an Action you can summon that Creature's "Shadow" as a Familiar, this "Shadow" takes the form of a black silhouette that resembles that of the Captured Creature and contains it's Soul. You can use the Shadow of any Creatures died by this Spell, You can Summon a Shadow per combat.

It acts independently of you, but always obeys your commands. In combat, she rolls her own initiative and acts on her own. has Attributes equal to a Captured Creature and has all of its Abilities and Actions, except Legendary Actions, the Shadow only disappears when combat is over or when You become unconscious.
