With the tear of a bard, you access the mysterious magics given to a bard. This access allows you to mimic the effects a bard has on emotions. As an action, you summon a cry of saddened, horrored emotion. Any creature within a 60 ft cone must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a fail, they fall to the sound of the wail and become incapacitated and prone and they take 10d6 psychic damage. On a success, they do not fall prone or incapaicated and take half damage. Any creature immune to charm is immune to the conditions but not the damage.

At the DM's discretion, all the flora and fauna that have an intelligrnce score >3 automatically fail the save but take no psychic damage nor fall incapacitated. Instead the flowers or similar plant life droop and loose color. The trees start to loose leaves and bend. The fauna feel the sorrow and fall into sadness. They bend to the will of a bard's lament.

At higher levels: When casted at an 8th level spell slot or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 per spell level.
