Virulent Blast

You stretch out your hands and unleash a gout of dusky purple toxic fumes in a 15-ft. cone in front of you. Creatures in the cone must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 3d8 Poison damage and being Poisoned for a minute on a failure, or only half damage on a save. A creature poisoned by this spell can repeat the saving throw at the start of its turn, and is no longer Poisoned on a success.

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 3rd.
