Circle

This spell allows wizards to combine their magical abilities into a single wizard. One wizard is chosen as the recipient of the spell. The other wizards, at least two, form a circle and willingly give up at least 1 spell slot of their choice. At the completion of the casting, the recipient wizard chooses one of their prepared spells and the next time that spell is cast it will be done as if it were cast at a higher level as indicated by how many spell slots the other wizards were willing to give up. There is a limit; such a spell cannot be cast with more spell slots than twice that which the wizard could normally cast it. The spell level cannot exceed 9th level.
