Damage/Effect
you summon your structure from one area to another, and it instantly appears within range upon the completion of the spell. If any objects, debris or similar exists in the area that the structure would materialize in, the spell fails and all material components and spell slots are lost.
The spell is not limited to the plane the structure currently resides upon, and may summon structures between planes.
* - (A fully cleared area the size of the structure and a small, perfect model of the structure worth 1000 gp, which the spell consumes)
