You conjure a wave of burning oil that cascades outward from your hands in a 60 ft. cone. The oil clings to terrain and any objects that are not being worn or carried. Creatures and objects within the cone must make a Dexterity saving throw or take 2d8 fire damage and begin burning. Any creature that enters the burning area or ends its turn standing within the area takes 1d8 fire damage. The burning oil remains for the duration, or until it is extinguished.
Burning- Target takes (1d8) fire damage at the beginning of each of its turns equal to one hit die of the damage that triggered. This effect lasts until the flames are extinguished (the burning creature can use an Action to extinguish themselves).
