You touch a willing creature and channel arcane energy within them to give them properties of a dragon. Choose one from the list below:

• Dragon's breath weapon, dealing 1d6 damage of a chosen type (acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison) in a 15-foot cone as an action, requiring a save against the casters spell save DC, the save being determined by the chosen damage type (DEX for acid, fire, or lightning and CON for cold or poison)
• Choose acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison. The target of this spell gains resistance to this damage type for the duration
• You grant the target of this spell blindsight out to 60 feet and darkvision out to 120 feet
• The mouth of the target grows sharp teeth like that of a dragon. They now have a natural bite attack dealing 1d6 piercing damage. On top of this, choose acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison. The target's bite attack also does 1d6 of the chosen damage type
• Wings sprout from the targets back, granting them a fight speed of 60 feet
• The target's hands become scaled and claws grow from them. These claws can be used to attack, dealing 2d6 slashing damage on a hit
• A tail grows out from behind which can be swung to deal 4d4 bludgeoning damage

Once the spell has been cast on the target, they cannot be affected by this spell again for the duration.
