Your body becomes distorted to those who can see you. The attacking creature rerolls their attack roll, and uses the lower of the two attack rolls. Until the start of your next turn, subsequent attack rolls against you are made with disadvantage. An attacker is immune to this effect if it doesn't rely on sight, as with blindsight, or can see through illusions, as with truesight.
