Arcane Circle

While this cipher is active, you can create a circle of crimson magic.  Placing this circle on walls or floors allows you to see through and walk through them.  Circles cannot be placed on creatures.  Two circles can be used simultaneously as portals to transport anything between.  A circle cannot be placed more than 30ft away from you, but the circles can be infinitely separate.  Placed circles last for 24 hours or until dispelled.
