Command Helix

You display your arcane dominance in your helix.

The caster of this spell gains the ability to use a reaction to reflect a magical ranged attack back at the caster and then attempt to tap into their arcane knowledge. Creatures this spell is reflected on must succeed on a Dc16 Intelligence save or have this spell ripped from their memory for 1 minute.
