You walk up to the target, place a hand on their shoulder and say  "loose lips sink ships" at any volume voice the target can hear and in a language they can understand. For the duration, the Target creature cannot tell the truth. Any truth they attempt to say is construed into a lie of varying extremes to the discretion of the DM. 

If the Target intentionally utters a truth about the caster, the spell ends.

For every level cast above 2nd, the duration doubles. (20 at 3rd, 40 at 4th, 80 at 5th)
