Breath of the Infinate

Followers of Khaylus can harness a small fraction of their power and use his breath attack; Warp Breath. When cast the users body shimmers with what looks like dark muted scales and their eyes flash the brightest of blues for a second. They can then unleash a small rupture in space in a 30 foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a target take 7d6 force damage and is teleported to an unoccupied space of the users choosing that is within 10 feet of the targets previous space. On a successful save, a target takes half as much damage and isn't teleported.

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 5th. In this same way increase the distance by 5 feet for each level. If used at 7th level or 9th level increase the width of the spell 5 feet each (10 feet at 7th and 15 feet at 9th).
