Creates a miniature Vortex. Saving throw DC of the spell caster. If made creature is not knocked prone and restrained. On creatures action they can only make a Strength Saving throw to be released.
Vortex causes 5d8 + spell level until individual breaks free. As long as caster maintains concentration wizard can move and encase another medium creature.
