When you cast this spell, each creature in the area must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 5d8 cold damage, or half as much damage on a successful one. When a creature enters the spell's area for the first time or starts its turn there, it must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 5d8 cold damage and immediately ends its turn. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage.
If a creature is in the area of effect, it's speed is halved. Additionally, attack rolls against the creature have advantage and the creature's attack rolls have disadvantage.
