Blinding Light

You create a small orb of blinding light of a 1 foot in diameter. This orb is visible and affects any that see it up to 120 ft. in range. When looked at by a creature with the naked eye, they are blinded for 1d4 rounds. At 2nd level it increases the diameter to 2 feet. and 2d4 rounds of blindness. At 3rd level it increases the diamter to 3 feet and 3d4 rounds of blindness. At 4th level it increased the diameter to 4 feet and 4d4 rounds. At 5th level it reaches the maximum radius of 5 feet in diameter and causes blindness for 5d4 rounds. You can increase the level of the spell up to 9th, the diameter stays the same but the rounds increase up to 9d4 and last up to an hour.
