Wave of Purity

You project a wave of bright light from the palm of your hands. All creatures within a 30ft cone must make a Constitution saving throw. If it fails, the creatures become blinded for the duration. At the end of each of its turns, the target can make a Constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell ends.
