A white, glowing streak of energy shoots from you towards a target you can see in range.  Make a ranged spell attack, on a hit, a flash of energy engulfs the target and deals (1d6) Radiant damage and the target has disadvantage on its next saving throw.

This spell's damage increases by 1d6 when you reach 5th level (2d6), 11th level (3d6), and 17th level (4d6).
