Conclave Combination

Unique to the realm of Eschatos, the Conclave Combination spell allows a cleric to combine their magic with one other spellcaster.  In addition, if another cleric casts this spell using the same focus, they may join and bring another spellcaster into the combination.  Any number of clerics may cast this spell together and bring up to one additional spellcaster into the conclave -- there is no upper limit.

Once the conclave is established, for up to one day, so long as the members of the conclave are still present within a 50 foot radius of one another and the spellcasting focal stone, any member may cast a spell and draw upon the energies of all the members to increase that spell's power.  Each conclave member, regardless of level, adds one to the effective spell slot of the caster when that spell is cast.  There is no upper limit to this spell slot -- a spell slot in excess of 9th level is possible when casting a spell using the conclave.  Ritual spells may also be cast.  However, only one spell may be cast at a time, and the conclave may break up at any time at the wishes of any member.  Any spell available to any caster may be cast this way, regardless of the makeup of the conclave -- wizards may cast wizard spells with the benefits of the conclave, for example.

While this spell has a concentration duration, this will not prevent the casting of other concentration spells, due to the presence of so many minds concentrating on the maintenance of the conclave.  However, the restriction on concentration spells still applies to individual spellcasters -- aside from this spell, only one concentration spell may be active for any given spellcaster.
