Description: Upon casting, one target object (no larger than 15 ft in any direction) will come to life, floating about 1-2 ft off the ground,  and help the caster.  The animated object can do two main things in combat situations.

Attack: The object, once animated, will use a bonus action to attack.  To cast the caster must say, "(Object)! Help me in my endeavor!"  Role for an attack and add your attack bonus and proficiency modifier.  If it hits it deals 1-5d6 damage.  It could be piercing, bludgeoning, or slashing, Its really up to the DM.

Defend: The object will float around a target and defend them.  If an attack is made against the target the object will stop the first successful attack against the target, but the enchantment will be immediately destroyed.  If a weapon like a sword/axe/spear/etc. is the attacking weapon, role a d20 +3, if it is lower than a 10, the object is stuck to the weapon.  It now has disadvantage on all attack rolls.  An action may be taken to take the object off.

Creative: You don't have to choose attack or defend, you can choose other things as well, eg You cast this upon a set of keys on a guard's belt and make them float over to you.

If cast at a higher level, every level above the base level add 1d6 force damage when attacking.

Lilah Evergreen, tied up, looked at the witch standing before her.  She yells, "Broom! Help me in my endeavor!"  Springing to life, the broom slams into the witch, allowing Lilah to have enough time to escape with a knife to the ropes.
