Aslan bestowed the gift of creation upon this new world. As a ritual you may create life or alter a spell after you perform a ritual. To perform the ritual you must create a seed which consists of the alteration components bundled together and wait for it to grow after it has been planted. The magnitude of effect that this spell can produce scale with level, time, and cost of materials buried. Certain effects may take ongoing nurturing to complete, and this can take the form of spell slots expended or nutrient materials added. Magic altered in this way becomes subject to wild magic surges whenever cast or triggered.
Some examples include burying a Scroll of Daylight spell with moon dust or werewolf fur to create a Scroll of Moonlight. You may also bury various animal parts to create new species entirely.
Ultimately this is entirely up to your DM.
