You conjure the hellish frost of the 9th layer of Hell freezing not only their bodies, but their souls as well.
Freezing blue flames and chilling fog appears and engulfs a radius of 90ft and 40ft tall cylinder in a point you choose within range of this spell. Each creature you choose inside the radius take 16d8 cold damage then targets must make a Wis save vs spell DC.
On a fail, the targets become restrained and their speed becomes 0 as their bodies start to freeze in place. After they fail their first Wis save, the affected targets will have to succeed on a Con save at the start of each of their turn. Failing on this Con save three times freezes the targets' bodies and their souls are instantly send to the 9 Hell's 9th layer. Spells or other magical effects that capture or control souls like the Soul Cage or Clone spell do not work against this spell. A frozen body when hit and shattered is destroyed forever and can only be restored by a Wish spell. Succeeding on three Con saves removes the effects of this spell and releases the target from its hellish torment.
When you fist cast this spell, any liquid freezes into a crystal instantly and any flame is dispersed instantly. Plants, fire and water elementals make their saving throws with disadvantage against this spell and water elementals are considered to have vulnerability against the cold dmg of this spell, and if die from the dmg of this spell they are considered disintegrated same as the disintegration spell effects.
This spell cannot be dispelled and destroys any Wall of Force or similar spell that creates a wall (or has the word 'Wall' on its description) and that is an 8th level spell and bellow even if it's been casted at higher level.
Finally, the cold dmg from this spell ignores resistance to cold dmg, and creatures with immunity to cold are considered to have resistance instead. Creatures who succeed on the initial Wis save, receive 8d8 cold dmg ending the effects of this spell against them.
