You choose two creatures that you can see, and shout a distracting string of words, relating to a random object in the immediate vicinity. (Your choice.) The targets must roll a CON save. On a failure, they both must drop what they are doing and check out the object. They are unable to take any actions unless the object is the target. If they are concentrating on a spell, their concentration is broken. If they fail the save by 5 or more, then they also drop what they are holding.
