Cone of Waffle

You create a waffle cone in your hand, containing one scoop of ice cream of your choice. Any creature that eats this ice cream must succeed on a DC 5 Constitution saving throw or suffer from brain freeze, losing their bonus action until their next turn. 

If the caster casts this spell more than 5 times per day, they must then roll a d20. On a critical failure, they can only make ice cream scoops out of lemon lime sherbet. This spell does not cure any hit points, but can count as rations. 

At Higher Levels: The number of scoops increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (1+1d4), 11th level (1+2d4), and 17th level (1+3d4)
