With a gesture of your shadowy hand you can siphon life force from others. a creature you can see within range must make a constitution save. On a failed save, the target takes 3d6 necrotic damage and has vulnerability to the next attack that hits(ignores the targets resistances).

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, you can select one extra target for each slot level above 4th.
