Conjure Chaos Rift

You create a dangerous rift into the plane of chaos. Out of this rift, 1d4+1 distorted familiars appear to closest unoccupied spaces around the rift. The familiars cannot be commanded, act as a group with their own initiative count and instantly attack creatures nearest to them.

At Higher Levels. For each level above the 3rd level spell slot cast, an additional distorted familiar appears from the rift. (If you cast the spell at a 4th level, 1d4+2 distorted familiars would appear. At 5th level, 1d4+3 and so on.)
