A spell slot is expended to use Blink of Smoke.
For one minute all travel (10ft at a time) may be instantaneous. A puff of Smoke with burning embers remains in the place where you teleported from.

Creatures may perceive this smoke. It can be used to chain teleports up to your movement speed (example 3 jumps of 10ft)

Moving away from enemies that are engaged with you will not invoke opportunity attack.
