By holding up the model in one hand and focusing on an area, you freeze all the water in the air and create a larger, ice version of the model. The ice floats in water and does not melt until either you lose concentration, or an 8th level or higher spell is cast on the creation that deals fire damage(everything within the area of effect that's made of ice melts). The ice is magically enhanced and is thus indestructible. Very rare or Legendary magical items that deal fire damage can also melt the ice in the same way a spell does. The creation scales up until it would touch two edges of the cube.
