Chrono bubble

Ability to cast this once a day, A bubble of time rending space has the ability to slow any weapons entering that space. Roll 1d8 and add your charisma modifier, doing so will take that many points of damage away from the target of the attack, upon the first attack the bubble dissipates and time within that area resumes at a normal pace
