On a failed save, deal 2d12 + [Cha mod] necrotic damage that cannot be reduced in any way, and choose 3 willing targets. Choose to either increase AC by 1d4, or heal 6d4. Any excess healing turns into temp hit points. On a successful save, deal 3d4 + [Cha mod] necrotic damage and doesn't give the choice.
