Warp Bone

You utter a wicked phrase to curse and warp the bones of a target you can see within range. This spell automatically fails against constructs, targets who are incorporeal, and creatures who lack bones. The target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw, taking 4d8 bludgeoning damage upon success. Upon failure, they take 7d8 bludgeoning damage and immediately fall prone. For the duration, their speed is halved and they make Dexterity saving throws with disadvantage as their bones are warped. This effect can be ameliorated with the Remove Curse spell.

• At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level, the duration becomes 1 hour. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, the duration becomes 8 hours and it no longer requires concentration. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 7th level or higher, the duration becomes until dispelled and no longer requires concentration.
