Whisper In the Wind

The forces of nature carry your voice towards a single enemy that you can see. On a failed Wisdom saving throw, the target becomes distracted by the phantom voice around them and the next attack against that target has Advantage.

When caster is Level 10 or higher, if the target has failed their Wisdom saving throw, the next targeted attack that hits will deal full damage.
