This curse was created by an ancient sorcerer whose lover scorned them. In their rage and with a heavy sack of shattered pieces of their heart, they created a spell to bring the ultimate, satisfactory revenge on the little shit that hurt them. Once cast, the one who it is cast upon will fall into a world of delusions, everyone around them will become scrumptious cookies, their madness will cause them to try and eat all the people they see as scrumptious cookies. The ancient sorcerer cast it upon their ex lover whilst they dined with their new lover, they violently devoured their lover and once the spell faded, they lived with the guilt for the rest of their life. The guilt caused true madness.
If the one you cast it upon is an ex lover the spell will definitely hit unless they roll a nat20. It cannot affect those who are not able to ingest gluten. It can be performed from afar without even needing your victim present as long as you possess their saliva.
