Through focused application of magical energy, you are able to produce a faintly glowing Shape of Light up to 60 feet away from your current position. This light is opaque and visible in any amount of light (including non-magical darkness), and can be any single color, including darker shades like black. Each Shape of Light is 2-dimensional, and cannot be larger than a 5-foot square. This maximum size is increased to a 10-foot square when you reach 5th level, a 30-foot square when you reach 11th level, and finally a 120-foot square when you reach 17th level.

As a bonus action during the spell's duration, you can manipulate any existing Shapes of Light you've created out to a range of 60 feet, changing their color, shape, size and/or position as you see fit. 

Casting this spell does not break concentration on any previous castings of Westar's Shape of Light, and all active Shapes of Light share the same concentration check.

A favorite amongst modern storytellers, this clever cantrip was once the signature style of a traveling entertainer named Nor'Ikhesh Westar.
