Arachnid commander

The caster must be level 10 or higher to use this spell.

In the 15ft radius of the caster is a swarm of spiders that is harmless but can gives the caster advantage against being restrained. The caster is also resistant to poison. Or you can remove the buffs and command the spiders to target others. 

The spiders are telepathically linked with the caster and the caster can command the spiders to move near targets or have them jump on the target causing them to enter any and all orifices of the causing blindness and/or deafness. DC 10 for one of the debuffs. And 17 DC for both debuffs. You may use your spell attack modifer to help you.
