Annihilate

You launch a powerful wave of magical energy in a line that is 100 feet long and 10 feet wide. Each creature in the line must make a DC 25 Dexterity saving throw or take 10d20 force damage. If this damage reduces them to 0 hit points, they explode, dealing 5d10 force damage to any creature within 30 feet of them. If it does not reduce them to 0 hit points, their Strength and Constitution scores are reduced by 10.
