Blood Pull

When a creature within 60 ft is wounded you can manipulate the exterior blood to coagulate around the wound just enough to force the interior blood to attach to it, you can then pull the blood out of the body by continuing this process over time. This is a concentration attack and the creature can make opposing constitution saves or dexterity saves to disconnect the flow of blood that you are manipulating. This can continue until the creature is completely drained if the flow of blood is not severed or otherwise stopped.
