Ahmet'kar's Sever Potential

You attempt to sever the creature's physical connections with the universe around it. The creature you target must make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. 

If it fails, it is blinded, deafened,  silenced and unable to breathe for the next hour. Every minute for the duration of the spell, the creature can repeat its saving throw to restore its bodily connections.

The effect can be ended prematurely through the use of Greater Restoration, Wish or Heal;
