The user brings their natural ability to create webbing and enhances it with magic, allowing them to fire it up to 30 feet away and capture the target within a sticky net. Choose one target, they must succeed a Dexterity Saving throw or be Restrained. The target, on the end of their turn, may make a DC 13 Strength Check to break the webbing and become free. This webbing dissolves at the end of the Caster's next turn.
In the event that the owner of this cantrip does not have a DC, they may choose to use the following: 8 + Proficiency + Charisma, Intelligence, or Wisdom modifier; Whichever of the three is the highest.
