Chronal Gambit

You can affect multiple creatures' ability to assess tactical situations that allows them act quickly in battle by slowing or increasing the relative time around them. When initiative is rolled, you can switch the initiative orders of yourself and two other creatures. An unwilling creature must make a Wisdom saving throw to avoid the effects of the spell.

You cannot cast this spell if your are surprised.
