Axii

Axii is a simple magical sign comprised of a hypnotic effect. It can calm down people and creatures, manipulate their minds. The effect wears off over time or can be prematurely broken if they take damage from the caster. The target makes a Wisdom Saving throw DC11 if they fail they are calmed and put into a neutral state for 1 minute. If they succeed on their save they will know the caster tried to calm them. (the target can choose to fail the save if it is any emotion besides anger).
