Cassamir's Animate Lesser undead

Animate lesser undead allows the PC (player character) to raise a lesser zombie or skeleton with half the health rounded down (look for stats in Monster Manuel) for the price of 1d4 health as  sacrifice to power the undead creation the max undead allow to be created with this spell is up to 4 + your spell casting modifier.
