The magic chants, then the user stretches out their arms, slowly he/she brings them toward their diaphragm, and deeply inhales. Just before the user lets out a scream, the user can make a cone with their hands to focus the sound into a powerful blast or leave their hands by their side to let loose a barrage of sound out into the surrounding area. This spell only affects things that can hear.

1) Focused - Make a ranged spell attack against the target. The target must make a INT saving throw against the caster's Save DC to discern that the spell is a sound amplified illusion. On a failed save, the target must take 4d6 psychic or half as much on a successful save. In addition, if the target fails, they must make a CON saving throw of 12 or higher, or be forced to cover their ears with their hands. Thus, dropping whatever they were holding. The spell range is 0ft - 80ft.

2) A.O.E - Make a spell attack against every creature around you. Everything around the caster must make a INT saving throw against the caster's Save DC. On a failed save, they take 2d6 psychic damage, or half as much on successful save. The spell range is 0ft - 30ft around the caster.

This spell can be cast at higher levels, which gives it one additional d6 per level casted above 1st.
