Tear an ecosystem destroying rift at your designated location into sometime, and see what falls out of it. The opening of the rift makes a flash of light, and an audible noise that travels for 100ft. Creatures pulled through are disoriented and will attack anything on sight. If dismissed before 60 seconds the creatures return to their original time, otherwise they will remain permanently.
