Blue Fire, Crash Down (Sokatsui)

The cast holds hand out palm forward and unleashes a torrent of blue fire-like energy in a wave in front of the caster. All creatures within range must succeed on a Dex saving throw or  take 6d8 fire damage. On a success targets take half damage. 

At Higher Levels: When you cast this spell slot of 4th level or higher, the fire damage increases by 1d8 fire damage for each slot above 3rd.
