Bell of warning

When you cast this spell you enchant the bell so that it hovers above the targets head. While the object is hovering, it is considered worn and cannot be taken down for the duration. While the bell is there, the target gets 5 extra feet of movement and can't be surprised. After The spell ends the target takes 1 level of exhaustion.
