Azcababs Mucus

The caster retches and projects a globule of green brown mucus from their mouth, binding the targets nose and mouth with foul tasting spitle.

For one round the target cannot speak or cast spells requiring a verbal component, they can't breath and may only communicate in muffled grunts.
If a target is affected for more than 6 rounds or thirty seconds, they must make start to make constitution saving throws as if they were drowning.
