You mash the fruit into the mixture and cause a small explosion in the container. The target creature(s) must make a Dexterity Saving Throw to avoid the effects of the spray. If successful, has no effect. Constructs and undead such as golems or skeletons that cannot swell are immune to this spell. If they fail their save, they are marked with the color of the fruit on the area they got hit, and the color slowly spreads throughout their body.

After two rounds, the color has overtaken their organic form, and the spell starts to fill the target with a sloshy liquid.

Every round after that, the target slowly swells at a rate of 1d8 points per round, stretching and breaking nonmagical clothes and armor as they bloat out of them (minimum of one point).

When the points equal up to a quarter of the target's Maximum Hit Points, the swelling starts to hinder the target's movement as it takes on a vaguely spherical shape. The target gains the Swollen Stiff condition, and must make a Strength Saving Throw to remain standing or fall prone.

When the points equal up to half of the target's Maximum Hit Points, their body has nearly swollen beyond their general limb span, and is considered one size category higher. Their movement speed has also been reduced to a 5ft waddle.

The spell cannot add points exceeding the target's Maximum Hit Points. If the target receives points exceeding their Maximum Hit Points, they instead take twice the amount of points gained that round in Force damage and will be considered Swollen Taut until the spell ends. If their Hit points are reduced to 0 they explode, knocking everything around them prone with a 30ft tidal wave of liquid. The target may survive this with a Constitution save against the Spellcaster's Spell Save DC, but will still be unconscious at 0 hit points, requiring an immediate Death Saving Throw as well.

After the spell ends the target remains swollen with juice until another entity passes a Strength Check against the Spellcaster's Spell Save DC to squeeze out the liquid. If successful, the target loses points at a rate of 1d10 plus their constitution modifier every minute.

The liquid, for all intents and purposes, is mundane nectar of the fruit that was used as a spell component, and is described as "odd" or "off-tasting" when imbibed.
